 高级清除 is required of all 毕业典礼 participants. The following departments will deter最小值e if you have cleared their department. Please check your 分 email frequently. If you are 不 cleared by the following departments, they will contact you by 分 email: 

• 图书馆- Please make sure all outstanding items have been returned and fees paid in full. 
• 〇校园警察 所有 Campus Police citations (such as parking violations, etc.) should be paid in full. 
• 金融援助 – Exit Loan Counseling: 学生 who completed their degree requirements Summer 2022、降 2022 和春天 2023 应该访问 热门产品.政府 to complete the Exit Loan Counseling. You will need your FAFSA PIN to retrieve your personal account information for your Federal Student Loan. 
• Career 服务 – Complete Career 服务 高级调查 and upload resume in College Central platform.

• 学生事务- No Judicial Holds. 
• 学生 Accounts – 所有 debts must be paid and settled. 学生 must have ZERO balance to receive diploma on 2023年5月5日. 
• 注册- 所有 requirements must be completed. 所有 final grades must be received by 4 p.m. on 2022年4月18日.

 毕业典礼 Letters will be given to all graduates, including those who completed degree requirements Summer 2022 和秋天 2022. 毕业典礼 Letters of Completion will be given to students during cap and gown pickup, 从周五开始, 4月 28.

Additional instructions will be given directly to our graduates during graduation rehearsal on 星期五, 5月5日.

男人: Black or Navy dress trousers, white shirt w/dark tie, black socks and black dress shoes.

女人: Black or Navy dress, 裙子, or black or navy professional slacks w/white blouse, black/navy pumps or sling backs (no open toes).

Please 不e:  Graduation attire will be monitored and enforced. Anyone 不 in compliance with the above requirements will 不 be permitted to participate in the ceremony.

的 $165 负责 will be posted to your account. In addition to completing all academic requirements, you must also satisfy your financial obligation to the University to graduate, participate in the 毕业典礼 Ceremony, and have your degree conferred. This fee must be paid by 12:00 p.m. 4月28日.

Graduation Rehearsal is mandatory for all graduates who expect to participate in the ceremony. Be prepared to stay the entire length of the rehearsal.

星期五, 5月3日: 毕业典礼 Rehearsal – George Williams 体育运动 Complex, Graduate Check-In Emery Gymnasium at 11:15 a.m. 警帽和兜帽 (Mandatory Graduates Only) 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

盖茨6 & 7 will be open and parking will be in the stadium parking lot for all attendees of the graduation. 的se gates can be accessed by 691 N State Street. 得到方向

的 毕业典礼 Exercise will be held at the George Williams 体育运动 Complex. 的 entrance to this area is on 691 N. State Street in lot 12.

Doors open at 7:00 a.m.

Processional begins at 8:30 a.m.

毕业典礼 ceremonies begins at 9:00 a.m.

No tickets required.
